At The Sofa Cover Crafter, we want you to love your home's new look. If your slipcovers aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unused sofa covers back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
